Musical Pipe Dream: I’m in the shadows and singing backup with others. We’re swaying back and forth and when we reach out towards the audience, you can see our hands and arms lit up from the spotlight above pointed center stage.

Blurb 1/365: There’s something about Campbell’s chicken noodle soup that makes an upset stomach feel better.

Daily Doodle: I See Music

Song of the Day: Unwind Yourself by Marva Whitney

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ym7IOodKeWI

Musical Pipe Dream: The drums sound so complicated on this track, I can hardly fathom a musical pipe dream. I’m sitting very close to a drum set, almost on top of it. The drum sticks are moving so rapidly they’re a blur. My shoulders roll as they shrug up and down to the syncopated beats.

Blurb 1/365: Have great weekends! If you’re working, it’ll be over soon, and afterwards you can relax however you want!

Daily Doodle: Robot Doing the Robot

Song of the Day: Hot Pants (She Got to Use What She Got to Get What She Wants) by James Brown

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZuXlAg8Afq8

Musical Pipe Dream: The horn section is stage left, percussion is back center stage, strings are stage right. I’m playing the bass with my right elbow resting on the arc of the body. I’m two stepping and the neck of the guitar goes ever so slightly back when I tap my right heel, and slightly to the front when I tap my left.

Blurb 1/365: And … my neighbors win the award! For being the loudest at taking out their trash cans :O)
